Black Dog Realty Group

I've spent the last ten years helping people find home on the Emerald Coast — nine of them right here in Fort Walton Beach. What started as a career became a calling.

I spent seven years at Coastal Realty, where I became their top producing agent three years running. Other agents started calling me for advice on contracts and negotiations. My brokers pushed me to get my broker's license — so I did. And once I had it, the next step was obvious: build something of my own.

That's how Black Dog Realty Group was born.

I had a vision for how I wanted to run a brokerage — one built on relationships, not transactions. My clients aren't just buyers and sellers. I want to know their kids' names, their dogs' names, what keeps them up at night. Because buying or selling a home is likely the biggest financial decision of your life, and you deserve someone in your corner who actually listens.

I work really hard to listen more than I speak.

Some of my favorite clients are people who didn't think homeownership was possible for them — people who were stuck in their circumstances and couldn't yet see their potential. Helping someone step into that for the first time? There's nothing like it. One of my buyers loved her new home so much she tattooed it on her arm. That one still gets me.

I'm not here to sell you a house. I'm here to be your best friend in real estate.
